Coming to therapy for the first time can make you question, What will it acheive or is it for me?. We can have an initial free chat to address any concerns . We can talk about your expectations or any reservations with regards to therapy, which can help you feel at ease. We will work at a pace that suits you as it's about what you connect with and at a level that you can work with. The key to effective therapy is getting to know you at a level you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and appreciating how it affects you.

Just a little to say on how we work...We work intergratively, which means that we are qualified and experienced in a range of therapeutic models. Then we use components of the models to suit your needs and what is doable for you at that moment in time. Depending on what you would like to acheive, therapy can be short or long term. The therapists work with children, teenagers, adults and couples. They are experienced in working with a range of issues

It is vital to feel at ease with the therapist to be able to share and explore personal and private matters that you may not have ever felt comfortable disclosing. Therapy provides a space where you can talk in confidence without feeling judged or having any expectations placed on you. There is a sense of ease in feeling heard, understood and accepted which creates a safe space for you to be yourself and explore how to move forward.
